| The Manager……Alex Barron |

Alex is in his second year of managing this side, having formed the team at the start of the 2007-2008 season.
Alex is a Level 2 qualified Coach, and also a Level 2 Goalkeeping Coach, which he has gained through 18 months experience working at Brighton and Hove Albion, and a year at Arsenal Soccer Schools, which involved some academy work. Alex is involved within the 1st team set up at YM, where he is the Goalkeeping Coach, and also acts as Reserve Keeper for them on Match Days. |
| The Assistant………Neil Jones |

Neil teamed up with Alex midway through the 2007-2008 season, in which he also acts as Physio.
Neil is involved with Partridge Green Football Club, who play in the West Sussex Football League. Outside of Football, Neil is a retained Fire-fighter. |
| The Coach…………..Paul Walshe |
|
Paul is in his second year helping Alex on training nights with the squad. Paul is a Level 2 coach, with coaching experience with Brighton and Hove Albion.
Paul has played for YM’s 1st team, reserves, and youth team, but is currently turning out for Loxwood in the SCFL Division Two. Paul in the past, has played for Horsham Youth, Storrington and Broadbridge Heath, and has Trialled with Millwall, Eastbourne Borough and Crawley Town. |

Kit, as he is known to many, works with the youth team Goalkeepers at YM.
Kit holds a Level 1 Qualification, and currently plays in goal for Loxwood, in SCFL Division 2. |
