HORSHAM YMCA hope to hand a debut to new striker Gavin Geddes tonight at Corinthian Casuals. The much travelled frontman has signed from Ryman Division 1 South rivals Burgess Hill Town, and boss Chris White had hoped to rush the paperwork through. YM made the move in a bid to give the side a greater cutting edge after a 1-1 draw against Sittingbourne, in which they could have had a hatful. White remarked: "Gavin has got a very good scoring record. "When I managed teams against him in the County League he was always among the best strikers. He will be an asset to us." |
