YM still in FA Cup hat

HORSHAM YMCA are in today's FA Cup second qualifying round draw following a battling 1-1 draw against Folkestone Invicta on Saturday. A looping header from Joe Keehan gave John Suter's side a 1-0 lead on the Kent coast in the weekend's first qualifying round - bu that was cancelled out in the 77th minute. For all the hosts' pressure and better chances, YM had the chance to sneak through when Steve Davies squared for Dan Taylor inside the six yard box in second half stoppage time, but the midfielder's shot hit a defender on the line. Manager Suter said: "Nobody means to miss goals, but it was a simple chance. "It was not a bad performance, and we are still in the hat." The replay will take place at Gorings Mead on Tuesday.
