Duo relishing return
STORRINGTON management duo Russell Penticost and Trevor Paske hope to get one over their old club when they return to Gorings Mead on Tuesday night.
The duo, who used to run YM reserves, moved to Storrington three seasons ago and will line up against their former side in the second round of the RUR Cup hoping to cause an upset.
"We are looking forward to it," said Swans boss Russell Penticost. "It will be nice to play against the best side in the league from last year. We can see how far off we are."
County League champions YM have enjoyed a mixed start to the season but being a division above their opponents will start as clear favourites for the tie.
"We will not be daunted by it," insisted Penticost. "We will have everyone available for the first time this season."
"YM boss John Suter, who ironically used to manage. Storrington between 1984-89, • has a soft spot for his former side.
""I have always had a affection for them," he said. "But the pres¬sure is on us, they have nothing to lose. I saw them on Bank Holiday Monday against Selsey. They were very compact and worked hard. Dan Griffin and Neil Richardson will be an aerial threat."
"The game kicks-off at 7.15pm.
