YM's new boss Chris White, picture courtesy of the West Sussex County Times HORSHAM YMCA boss Chris White has targeted a 'winning habit' after his side began their FA Cup campaign with a 2-0 win at Faversham Town.

YM created a hatful of first half chances in the extra preliminary game before Tom Manton opened the scoring on 41 minutes, and Wayne Joseph slid in the second to make it three wins in the opening three games of the season.

"The FA Cup is a fantastic competition to be involved in for the players and as a manager and to bring in some money for the club.

"We want to put a run together because we have got ourselves into a winning habit which we want to carry on."

The result did come at a cost to YM as Manton joined a growing list of injuries by breaking two bones in his foot and is expected to be out for around six weeks.
